Delete Account & Data - Nova Dash Adventure VIP

You can delete your Nova Dash Adventure VIP account and its data at any time.

How to delete your account

Open Nova Dash Adventure VIP and sign in to your account.
Open your Profile and choose Delete account.
Confirm the deletion.

If you cannot sign in or cannot use the in-app option, contact Different Freelancer Studio using the developer contact information on the app's Google Play Store listing and include the email address of the account you want deleted. We will delete the account after confirming it belongs to you.

Data that is deleted

Your sign-in account (email address and password credential).
Your profile: pilot name, avatar, Status/Bio, and player code.
Your game data: scores, coin balance, owned and equipped items, missions, and settings stored on the server.
Your leaderboard and tournament entries, gifts, and rental listings.

Data that may be kept

A record that a Google Play purchase token was used (stored as a hash, not the original token), kept only to prevent a purchase from being redeemed twice. It does not identify you personally.
Past tournament results and gift records may keep the pilot name that was shown at the time for a limited period, until the entry expires.
Purchase and payment records held by Google Play, and advertising and analytics data processed by Google, are governed by Google's own retention policies.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your account does not cancel purchases made through Google Play and does not refund them. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.

Deleting data stored on your device

You can clear the app's local data from Android Settings, Apps, Nova Dash Adventure VIP, Storage, or uninstall the app.
