Nova Dash Adventure VIP ("the app") is an arcade game developed by Different Freelancer Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles, how it is used, and which third-party services process it.
The app does not request your phone number, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, or files. Data handled by the app is limited to:
Account and game data are stored on Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, and Cloud Functions), operated by Google. The developer's Firebase project runs in the United States. Some settings may also be kept locally on your device.
The app uses Firebase Authentication with an email address and password. Your email address is not linked to other personal identifiers, is not displayed to other players, and is not used by the developer to send marketing messages. Only the account holder can read and change that account's progress data.
Nova Dash Adventure VIP is a paid app: purchasing and downloading it is handled entirely by Google Play. The app also offers coin packs that can be bought with real money through Google Play Billing. Payment details (card numbers and similar) are handled only by Google Play; the app and the developer's servers never receive or store them. After a purchase is approved, the app sends the product code and Google Play's purchase token to the developer's server, which verifies the token directly with Google Play before adding coins. A record that the purchase token was used (stored as a hash, not the original token) is kept to prevent one purchase from being redeemed twice. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
Nova Dash Adventure VIP does not show banner ads or full-screen interstitial ads. The only ads are optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Rewarded ads are served through Google AdMob using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. According to Google's SDK data disclosure documentation, the SDK may automatically collect and share information such as the device's IP address, user interactions with the app and ads, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID where applicable. Google states that this information is used for purposes including advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID, and adjust ad personalization, in your Android settings.

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to support consent and advertising privacy choices where required. Depending on applicable law, region, and Google's requirements, a consent message or privacy options may be shown before ads are requested. These choices may vary by user and region.
The app uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand general app usage, such as starting and finishing a game, game mode, score, and purchases. Firebase Analytics may also process an app installation identifier and general device information, as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Your pilot name and email address are not sent as part of analytics events.
The developer does not sell user data. Anyone who opens a leaderboard (casual or tournament) can tap a player to view that player's public profile card. The card shows the pilot name, avatar, Status/Bio (if filled in), player code, best score, number of skins owned, and the skin, theme and effects currently equipped. Your email address, purchase details, and coin balance are not shown. Pilot names and scores of other players may also appear in tournament results, gift records, and rental listings.
Data is shared with Google (Firebase, Google Play, AdMob) only as described in this policy, and only to operate the app's features, verify purchases, serve rewarded ads, and measure usage.
Account and game data are kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and its data as described on the Delete Account & Data page. Information processed by Google (Google Play, AdMob, Firebase Analytics) is subject to Google's own retention and deletion practices.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the developer so it can be removed.
Data is transmitted to Firebase and Google services over encrypted connections (TLS). Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication. Purchase verification and rewards are validated on the server rather than trusted from the app alone. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The app uses Google Play, Google Play Billing, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, and Google's User Messaging Platform.
